Welcome to Wearlixy’s Returns & Exchanges policy! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out – maybe that Naruto jersey doesn’t fit like you imagined, or the Dragon Ball Z shorts arrived in the wrong size. Don’t worry – our return process is smoother than Luffy’s Gum-Gum techniques!
β‘ Quick Summary: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Some items are final sale (see below).
π How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is simpler than Goku’s training routine:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Get Approval: Our customer service team (who respond faster than All Might saving the day) will review your request and send return instructions if approved.
- Ship It Back: Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to our return address:

USA - Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days (faster than Sonic the Hedgehog on a good day).
π¦ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – our security is tighter than the walls of Attack on Titan, but we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
π° Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
π Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Exchanges are handled just like returns, but please specify in your email:
- Which item you want to exchange
- The replacement item/size/color you prefer
- If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Some of our premium anime apparel is final sale (with security tighter than Saitama’s punch):
- Rash Guard Compression Shirts (for hygiene reasons)
- Swim Trunks/Board Shorts (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Customized or personalized items
